We, “SUPER6 FANTASY SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED” having Corporate Identification Number U62099GJ2025PTC159869 and having its place of business at “C – 1008, Rajyash Rise, Near Vishala Hotel, Near APMC Market, Sarkhej Road, Ahmedabad – 380 007, Gujarat, Republic of India” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, for the sake of brevity), are offering our services to our users whereby the users can participate to play the game of CRICKET PREDICTION, a Game of Skill which requires analytical skills and thorough research, being hosted on our Platform “SUPER6”.

This Referral Policy outlines the process by which the existing users of the Application may invite new players to our Platform and the rewards which may be earned by the users upon such successful referrals; subject to certain limitations and restrictions. The Company is committed to this Referral Policy and the Company expects that the users should also adhere to the terms of this Referral Policy. By installing, accessing and using this Application in any manner or by using any content or information through this Application, it shall be deemed that the user has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by and complied with this Referral Policy.

The Company, however, reserves the right to change or revise this Referral Policy at any time by posting any changes or a revised Referral Policy on the Application. Your use of the Application, following the posting of any such changes or of a revised Referral Policy, shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions.

The Company hereby advises you that if you do not agree to this Referral Policy, please do not refer any new player to our Platform.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that this Application is the property of the Company and the Company reserves the right and ownership of the entire Application.

• 1. Eligibility
  • • a) That this Referral Policy is applicable to you if you are residing within the geographical territory of Republic of India excluding the restricted states i.e., Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim and Telangana.
    • b) That this Referral Policy is applicable to you if you are above the age of 18 years or that you have obtained the consent of your parents / legal guardian in case you are below the age of 18 years and that your parents / legal guardian have agreed to the provisions of this Policy, “End User License Agreement”, “Terms of Service Agreement”, “Privacy Policy”, “Safe and Fair Play Policy” and “Community Guidelines”.
    • c) That this Referral Policy is applicable to you if you have created your in-game account in the Application. However, you would be at liberty to avail the benefit of this Policy even if you are not an active user of the Application and / or you have not yet deposited any money into the “Deposit Account” under your in-game account in the Application.
    • d) That the user shall be at liberty to invite and refer as many new players as he / she wants, to our Platform.
• 2. How to Refer:
  • • a) That you are required to visit the “Refer & Earn” section on the Application. By visiting the section, a random unique referral code shall automatically get generated and would be visible on the screen of your device.
    • b) That you are required to share the said unique referral code to your family members or relatives or friends, whom you wish to invite and refer to our Platform, by selecting “Share on Whatsapp” icon as depicted on the screen of your device. You are also having an alternative to share the said unique referral code by selecting “More Option” icon wherein distinguished modes of sharing are available. You are also having an additional option to share the said unique referral code by copying the same and send it by pasting it in any of the messaging services available on your device.
    • c) That your family member or relative or friend is required to create an in-game account in the Application by utilizing the unique referral code received through any of the options provided under the sub-clause (b) above. Upon successful creation of the in-game account by your family member or relative or friend, both you and your family member or relative or friend shall receive a “Referral Bonus” subject to the provisions as mentioned under the Clause 3 of this Policy.
• 3. Rewards:
  • • a) That upon successful creation of in-game account by your family member or relative or friend by using the unique referral code, both you and your family member or relative or friend shall receive “Referral Bonus” of 50 (Fifty) points; which shall be reflected under the “Referral Bonus” account under the respective in-game accounts in the Application.
    • b) That whenever your family member or relative or friend makes deposits into his / her “Deposit Account” under the in-game account in the Application, you shall receive “Referral Bonus” of 2.5% of such deposited amount every time; which shall be reflected under the “Referral Bonus” account under your in-game account in the Application.
    • c) That in case your family member or relative or friend has invited and referred any of his / her acquaintances to our Platform and such acquaintance has successfully created his / her in-game account under the Application, you shall receive “Referral Bonus” of 1.5% every time whenever such acquaintance makes deposits into his / her “Deposit Account” under the in-game account in the Application.
    • d) That in case the said acquaintance has invited and referred any of his / her contacts to our Platform and such contact has successfully created his / her in-game account under the Application, you shall receive “Referral Bonus” of 1% every time whenever such contact makes deposits into his / her “Deposit Account” under the in-game account in the Application.
• 4. Limitations and Restrictions:
  • • a) That the user is not permitted to invite and refer himself / herself to the Application.
    • b) That the user is not permitted to use bots or other automated methods to generate referrals to the Application.
    • c) That the Company reserves the right to terminate your in-game account outrightly and the balance amount in your in-game account or promotional bonus account or Referral Bonus account or winning account, if any, shall be forfeited by the Company.
    • d) That the Company reserves the right to undertake legal actions and / or any other appropriate actions against you in case you fail to abide by the terms of this Policy.
• 5. Privacy Policy: That the Company hereby advises its users to refer to our “Privacy Policy” to know as to how the Company protects the personal information of the users who utilizes the benefits out of this “Referral Policy”.
